A mobile gas heater means that you can heat a room or area quickly and efficiently - and then move it to another room as and when you do! So whether you spend most of your time in your conservatory, or you're usually hard at work in your study, mobile gas heaters mean you need never feel the chill in your home again.
Mobility is a major element of Calor gas heaters - many coming fully equipped with castor wheels that make moving them from one place to another simple. It even helps when it comes to storing the heater away during summer months. There is the added bonus of having no cable to trip over - and no need to find a plug socket not in use.
But while mobile gas heaters are more than capable of reaching and warming any room, they must not be used in bedrooms and bathrooms for the purpose of your safety.
It is also important that you use mobile gas heaters in a well ventilated room and stand it at least one metre away from any flammable materials. As a general rule, heaters with a maximum heat input of 4.2kW should only be used in a room larger than 35.78m3, and those with a maximum heat input between 2.4kW and 4.2kW should only be used in a room larger than 20.44m3.
