Calor Heater ShopReturns PolicyIf you are contracting as a consumer you are entitled to cancel this Contract and receive a full refund for any reason at any time in the seven working days after the Goods are delivered to you. During that period you should take reasonable care of the Goods including storing them in dry conditions and refraining from using them. In order to cancel Appliance orders you must telephone us on 01535 682281 or E-mail gas@towler-staines.co.uk; to cancel Gas orders you must telephone us on 01926 626 626. All cancellation requests must be made within the period of seven working days mentioned above and we are entitled to require you to deliver the Gas to one of our outlets local to you and appliances to Towler & Staines Limited. When returning a product, please ensure it is in the original packaging. A return must be authorised by Towler and Staines Ltd, please call us on 01535 682281 to obtain a returns number for your parcel, so that your product can be dealt with as quickly as possible. RefundsIn the unusual event that we deliver a faulty or incorrect Appliance we will replace it immediately. If this is not possible we will make a full refund of the purchase price. Faulty Goods must be made available for collection within 30 days. Incorrect Goods must be made available for collection within 14 days of receipt. If a refund is to be made the item has to be clearly marked with an RMA (restocking code) which can be obtained by calling our Support number 01535 682281. In the unusual event that we deliver a faulty or incorrect Appliance we will at your choice replace the faulty Appliance or make a full refund. |
