Shipping And Handling

The delivery charges for Appliances are (unless otherwise stated):

Mainland UK (Next Day) - £9.99 for 1st item, £5.00 for each additional item (including England, Wales, Lowland Scotland, Isle of Wight & Isles of Scilly)

Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man & Northern Island (Next Day) - £24.68 for 1st item, £12.34 for each additional item (including postcodes AD31 TO AB38 / AB40 TO AB56 / IV 1 TO IV28 / IV30 TO IV 32 / IV36 TO IV40 / IV52 TO IV54 / IV63 / KW1 TO KW14/ PA21 TO PA38/ PH4 TO PH41 /PH49 TO PH50 / NORTHERN IRELAND ( BT )

Republic of Ireland & Channel Islands (Next Day) - £37.60 for 1st item, £18.80 for each additional item

These charges will be displayed clearly and added to the order at the check out stage.

For addresses within the UK, our aim is to deliver your goods within 3 working days of receipt of your order. For all orders received before midnight, shipment would normally take place the next working day. If we cannot deliver your order within 3 working days, we will contact you by either telephone or email to arrange a delivery date. We may wish to contact you to confirm delivery of high value or fragile items.

Appliances:

Orders placed on Thursday before midnight will be delivered on Monday between 8am & 6pm. Orders received during Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday between 8am & 6pm.

For Appliance deliveries outside Mainland Great Britain e-mail your requirements to gas@towler-staines.co.uk and we will calculate the cost of carriage.

Cylinder Gas:

Cylinder Gas deliveries are restricted to Mainland Great Britain.

Cylinders will be delivered within 2 working days of the Order save where deliveries are made to the Scottish Highlands and/or islands (including without limitation the Channel Islands) where deliveries can take up to 7 days. Time shall not be of the essence. The Buyer shall confirm receipt of the Cylinder Gas by signing Calor's delivery note when taking delivery.

If the Buyer fails to take delivery of the Goods or fails to ensure that suitable access is available for the purpose of delivery of the Goods then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to Calor, Calor may cancel the Contract or suspend any further deliveries to the Buyer and may:-

Store the Goods until actual delivery and charge the Buyer for reasonable costs of storage; or Sell the Goods at the best price readily obtainable.

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to arrange inspection of the Goods immediately on delivery.
